How Can It Help?
Vestibular Rehabilitation is a type of exercise-based approach for treating people that are diagnosed with balance disorders or dizziness. Since 1940s, a number of treatments have been developed to treat inner ear disorders. Our inner ear is housed deep in the mastoid process behind the ear, and the biggest problem is you cannot view it with an otoscope. The only way to assess the inner is by watching the eyes through special goggles.
Vestibular Rehabilitation can help you in the following:
- Adaption
- Eye to Head coordination that will make your vision stable
- Improve tolerance to head movements
- Improved overall function
- Fall prevention
- Get rid of cervico-genic dizziness
